Dravid hopes for Amir's cricketing return

The recently retired Indian batsmen Rahul Dravid hopes that Pakistani bowler Mohammad Amir can return to cricket once he has served his five-year ban.

Amir has blamed his captain Salman Butt for pressuring him into bowling deliberate no-balls during the 2010 Lord's cricket test against England.

The 19-year-old returned home last month after serving three months in a British prison for his involvement in the spot-fixing scandal.

Dravid says he would welcome back the "talented" cricketer when his ban expires.
