Judicial hearing clears Aaron McDonald for Heartland semifinal

Thames Valley halfback Aaron McDonald will be able to play in this weekends Heartland semifinal after a New Zealand Rugby Union judicial hearing last night.

McDonald received a red card in his team's week eight match against South Canterbury on Saturday as a result of repeated infringements at the breakdown.

It was decided McDonald should receive no further sanctions making him eligible to play in the Thames Valley's Heartland Championship Lochore Cup semifinal against South Canterbury in Timaru this Saturday.
