Police are searching for a Waikato man wanted on serious charges and say he should not be approached.
They have a warrant to arrest 28-year-old Naya Rapiu Fabian Wharekura, of Ngāruawāhia.
Wharekura had breached his bail conditions, and had "serious charges laid against him", police said in a statement.
Anyone with information that could help locate him was asked to call 111, or to report it anonymously via the Crimestoppers line on 0800 555 111.
