Two-year-old injured in quad bike accident

A two-year-old girl is being assessed for minor injuries at Hawke's Bay hospital following a quad bike accident.

The girl received facial and head injuries after a quad bike she was a passenger on was rammed by a bull, on a farm near Tuai, north-west of Wairoa on Sunday.

She was airlifted to hospital following the incident, which occurred just after 1pm.
