Silver Ferns coach Waimarama Taumaunu believes her side is well prepared heading into the Netball World Cup.
The New Zealand side arrived in Sydney on Monday, ahead of the 10-day tournament that starts on Friday.
Waimarama Taumaunu said the recent three-Test series against South Africa and Fiji was a good warmup for the tournament.
"It doesn't feel rushed, like any coach I would have liked more time... but we'll use the next few days quite productively and then we're into it on Friday."
Taumaunu's side play the Australian Under-21 netball side twice this week as added practice.
In the build-up to the tournament, the Silver Ferns will have dinner with former Netball New Zealand chief executive turned Canterbury Bulldogs chief executive Raelene Castle at the National Rugby League side's home ground.
