Fiji's air terminal services company ATS says its offer is still open for workers who want to return to work.

The firm which provides baggage handling, catering and engineering services at Nadi International Airport says workers staying away are on strike while the workers describe the situation as a lockout.
Fiji media report about 250 workers remain off the job with many still camped outside the ATS headquarters over Christmas.
Fiji Village reports the company said in a statement that its offer was still open for workers to return without victimisation if they acknowledged their illegal walkout.
The website reports the company said its operations were normalising despite what it described as false allegations of accidents, procedural breaches and flight cancellations.
The workers, who own 49 percent of ATS, said the company was being mismanaged.
