The Welshman Nigel Owens will referee the All Blacks World Cup quarter-final against France in Cardiff on Sunday morning.
On the line will be Jaco Peyper of South Africa and John Lacey of Ireland.
Owens controlled the All Blacks-Wallabies Bledisloe Cup test at Eden Park in August.
England's Wayne Barnes will control the South Africa-Wales game, Frenchman Jerome Garces the Ireland-Argentina game and South African Craig Joubert the Australia-Scotand match.
New Zealand's Chris Pollock will run the touch in the Ireland-Argentina game, while Glen Jackson will be on the touch line for the Australia-Scotland game.
