Oceania does not feature among FIFA's top one hundred football nations, after the latest rankings list was released.
New Zealand is still the top ranked team in Oceania, but slipped 16 places in August to 105th in the world.
Fiji remain second in the region in 149th spot, with Pacific Games champions New Caledonia down one place to 156th.
There was no change in the top four rankings, with Spain still on top, followed by the Netherlands, Germany and Uruguay.
Meanwhile Brazil rose two places to fifth, ending a downward trend after hitting an 18-year low in September.
