Seeka has reported a profit of $5.9 million for the year to December.
That's a turnaround from the previous year's $7 million loss.
Revenue fell 22% to $108 million.
The kiwifruit producer and post-harvest operator says shareholders will get a dividend payout of 6 cents a share.
