How NZ On Air plans to reach the TikTok generation

NZ on Air seems to be one of the winners, with the scrapping of the Government's public media entity plan. They get their 42 million dollars of contestable funding back, with an extra 10 million top-up. And they may need it. Their new strategy is about to roll out, with two big aims. First it simply reflects how much the way we connect with our stories and music has changed in the digital age. And second, it wants to make more, and better, contact with audiences outside the mainstream, the so-called "hard to reach" market.
