Drugs, firearms and stolen property have been seized by police after search warrants were executed on seven Christchurch properties this morning.
Detective Inspector Darryl Sweeney said the operation was part of a focus on gangs and the distribution of methamphetamine in the South Island.
An unspecified quantity of methamphetamine and cannabis, four guns and ammunition were seized.
Police said the stolen property included two caravans - one valued at $65,000.
Two men have been arrested and a 36-year-old man is expected to appear in Christchurch District Court today on drugs charges.
The other man will appear in Christchurch District court next week on burglary charges.
