A warrant has been issued for the arrest of a gang member who failed to turn up for his High Court trial on multiple sex charges in New Plymouth today.
Terrence Solomon Martin faces 20 charges relating to minors, including indecent assault and rape.
After being informed Mr Martin was not at court, Justice Brown apologised to those who had turned up for jury selection and adjourned the trial until Wednesday.
