A spokesperson for some families of those who died in the collapse of the CTV building in the February 2011 earthquake says it's time to name some of the buildings with similar design flaws.
The Government has so far refused to name the 338 buildings in Christchurch that come into the category.
That includes two buildings where the owners are refusing to allow an engineering assessment to be done.
Peter Brown says that's not good enough, as it runs the risk of another building collapsing in an earthquake.
Mr Brown says the families are considering legal action if the police decide not to lay charges over the CTV collapse.
