Frozen berries recalled after metal contamination

A brand of frozen berries are being recalled after metal from a conveyer belt was found in them.

The Ministry for Primary Industries says consumers should return 1kg packets of Fruzio mixed berries with a best before date of the 22 June 2021.

The product is sold in New World, Pak'n Save and Gilmour supermarkets in the North Island.

MPI said there haven't been any reports of injury.
