Christchurch landowners who make up the Quake Outcasts group are still waiting to know how much money they will be paid for their earthquake-damaged land.
The group is in the middle of a legal challenge over the current offer by the Crown for owners of bare land, commercial properties or uninsured homes.
The latest chapter will be heard at the Supreme Court in July.
Canterbury Earthquake Recovery Authority chief executive Roger Sutton said on Wednesday the Crown will wait for that decision before it decides whether it will change its offer.
Mr Sutton said one aspect the court is considering is whether it is appropriate to differentiate between insured and uninsured.
