A former U.S. Congressman says the ramping up of defensive missiles in Guam is "disrupting" the lives of people living there.
The U.S. Missile Agency has given Guam only 30 days to look through hundreds of pages worth of documents with plans to test long range missiles twice a year over the next decade.
Guam's Acting Governor requested an extension as submissions close in two weeks (June 5).
