Kangaroos set to lose Folau, Hindmarsh and White

Brisbane's Israel Folau is almost certain to miss Australia's rugby league Four Nations tournament campaign with an ankle injury while grand final heroes Nathan Hindmarsh and Brett White are also in doubt.

Folau is rated a "90 per cent" chance to be ruled out with the injury but, like the rest of the Kangaroos, he will be given until the team enters camp next Tuesday to prove his fitness for the tour to Engalnd and France.

Hindmarsh and White both have shoulder injuries and Test coach Tim Sheens is adamant he will not take players who require painkilling injections to play on tour.

Hindmarsh played the entire NRL finals series with painkillers, but Sheens won't allow it for the Kangaroo tour.
