The Sunshine Coast Falcons are bracing for a physical onslaught from the Papua New Guinea Hunters in Sunday's Intrust Super Cup rugby league grand final.
Both sides advanced to the title decider with contrasting victories against the Redcliffe Dolphins over the past fortnight.
The Hunters secured this season's minor premiership but have lost their last two matches against Sunshine Coast.

Falcons chairman Ashley Robinson is not reading too much into recent results and expects a typically bruising encounter at the weekend.
"Sometimes I think that helps us...the fact that there's nowhere to hide - you've either got to have a red-hot go or you know you're going to have a problem," he said.
"It will be an amazing game of footy and I'm just hoping our guys can weather the storm because... I watched that game last week against Redcliffe and they really stuck to their processes PNG, particularly defensively, and that's a really good Redcliffe side so we know it's going to be very difficult".
Mr Robinson said, apart from the Falcons, the Hunters were his favourite team and brought a lot to the competition.
He said he wanted his side to lift the silverware on Sunday but said if the Hunters prevailed he would be the first person congratulate them and shake their hands.
