At offices in Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch and Dunedin, 41 staff walked off the job for the third time at 8.30am today.

E Tū Union industry coordinator Joe Gallagher said the total backpay was worth less than $100,000.

He said not receiving the backdated pay would equate to a wage freeze this year.
