A woman accused of murdering her two children and hiding their remains in suitcases will go on trial in 2025.
Hakyung Lee has pleaded not guilty to two charges of murder and was set to go to trial last month, but this was adjourned.
At the High Court in Auckland on Wednesday, Justice Mathew Downs set a new date of 8 September 2025.
The bodies of Lee's children were discovered in suitcases in 2022 after a family bought the contents of an abandoned storage unit.
Lee, a Korean who is a New Zealand citizen, was taken into custody in South Korea in September 2022, and extradited to New Zealand two months later.
She briefly appeared in court with her hair covering her face and wearing all black.
Lee looked down as Justice Downs spoke, with her hands clasped tightly in front of her.
