Women's health services chronically underfunded

A leading healthcare professional says the problems facing women's health services would've been solved long ago if they'd been affecting men. Yesterday, the Gender Justice Collective gathered on the steps of parliament to present a petition for a National Women's health and wellbeing strategy action plan. They are asking for 6 million dollars for an overhaul of Women's health services. That's just $2.60 per woman in Aotearoa. Our reporter, Ella Stewart spoke with Dr John Tait who is Vice President of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists.
