Three people have been arrested and charged with murder for the killing of Robert Hart in the Auckland suburb of New Lynn last week.
Emergency services were called to a Great North Road address on 5 November, where they discovered the 40-year-old injured in the driveway. He died at the scene.
Waitematā CIB detective inspector Kevin McNaughton said in a statement the Operation Metals investigation team executed a search warrant at a West Auckland address today, with the assistance of the Armed Offenders Squad.
Three people - two men aged 31 and 37, and a 20-year-old woman - were arrested and charged with murder.
All three are due to appear in the Waitākere District Court tomorrow.
Police said the investigation is ongoing and further charges cannot be ruled out.
