The Cook Islands netball side has continued their stunning run at the Nations cup tournament in Singapore.

Last night the Cook Islanders defeated previously unbeaten Swaziland, 54-44.

The Dale Atkinson-coached side has now won four games from four and stand alone at the top of the table.

The look assured of a spot in the weekend's final with one round robin game still left to play, (against hosts Singapore.)

Cook Islands Goal Keep, Anania Pauleen Piri, told the post-match crowd, she believed their form comes down to planning.

"We basically go into our own cell groups and plan out our goals for each of those groups and that's what we try to achieve as a team and also as individuals," Piri said.

"We just have the motivation for everything when we strive to play for our families, play for each other and play for ourselves."

Piri played the entire four quarters.

She said she takes the approach of evaluating her game at the end of each quarter and looking for areas to improve.

"I want my family back home to watch and make my parents proud."
