Another Auckland iwi is due to sign a Treaty settlement with the Crown that returns volcanic cones, islands and reserves to mana whenua.
Ten out of 13 tribes endorsed the package in September, as part of a group known as the Tamaki Collective.
Ngati Paoa and Crown officials are expected to put pen to paper on Saturday at a ceremony in Karaka Bay in St Heliers.
Another iwi, Ngai Tai ki Tamaki, will sign its settlement on Tuesday.
That leaves Ngati Whanaunga, which still hasn't made a decision.
The Tamaki Collective and the Crown have always maintained that all 13 tribes will get behind the package.
