Six teenagers have been charged after ram raids using stolen cars in Auckland.
Police said two stolen cars were used to ram raid a shop in West Auckland and another on the North Shore early yesterday.
Electronic goods were taken in both instances.
Police pursued two of the stolen vehicles on the North Shore, stopping one of them.
Three occupants ran off but were found with the help of a police dog.
Police said the driver in the second car tried to run down two officers, before driving the wrong way down the Northern Motorway, then State Highway 18.
The car was eventually spiked and the three occupants were arrested.
Six people aged between 15 and 17 appeared in the North Shore Youth Court yesterday.
