Army sexual misconduct: Karina Andrews responds

The New Zealand Army has been rocked by allegations of sexual misconduct at its training unit at the Waiouru Military Camp. Commanding officers and instructors have been stood down after a male recruit came forward in June saying he'd been subject to bullying, harassment and sexual assault. In response to Army Chief Peter Kelly, Karina Andrews joins us. She was a key influence in the setting up of Operation Respect, which the Defence Force launched in March 2016 to reduce sexual misconduct within its ranks.
