Pakistan have lost one of their star batsmen to the rebel Indian Twenty20 Cricket League.

34 year old Mohammad Yousuf joined the league hours after being selected to make a comeback in Pakistan's one day series against the West Indies starting next week in Abu Dhabi.

Yousuf holds the record for most runs scored in a calender year - 1788 scored in 2006.

The Pakistan Board has a strict policy of banning all players who join the unofficial ICL.
