Retirement village company Ryman Healthcare has bought its third development site in Melbourne, and is on track to open five there by 2020.
The new Burwood East site will be redeveloped for $200 million, including the land purchase, which is not being disclosed.
The villages have aged care beds and secure facilities for residents with dementia.
