As New Zealand celebrates the All Blacks' historic win, Australia is already planning ahead to the 2019 Rugby World Cup in Japan.
The All Blacks secured their third championship title and won back-to-back victories when they beat the Wallabies 34-17 in the final at Twickenham in London on Sunday.

Rugby pundits are already calling this All Blacks team the greatest ever.
But the win and the end of this World Cup campaign will see a big changing of the guard for the All Blacks.
Kieran Read, the man picked to replace Richie McCaw as captain when he retires, said it was great to send off outgoing players Ma'a Nonu, Conrad Smith, Dan Carter and Keven Mealamu on a winning note.
"We're really proud of the legacy that those guys are going to leave. This has been a phenomenal team over the last few years. It's been a pleasure to be part of it," he said.
"Every time you pull on the All Black jersey, you want to do well, so we'll certainly get a great bunch of guys to turn up next year and do that."
While New Zealand appears focused on next year's campaign, Australia is looking even further ahead.
The team's coach, Michael Cheika, has vowed to go one better than this World Cup in Japan 2019.
"This part of the tournament for us, I said to the guys 'don't be counting down, lads, this is just the start'," he said.
"We're just starting, you know, and we want to do really good things for Australian rugby going forward - both by the way we play the game, and hopefully the results as well by consequence."
In the meantime though, the All Blacks will continue to celebrate their win, especially Dan Carter who scored 19 of New Zealand's 34 points, earning him the man of the match award.
