New Zealand Cricket chief executive David White is heading to Hamilton today to personally apologise to English cricketer Jofra Archer.

Archer said he was racially abused by a fan while batting during New Zealand's first Test victory at Bay Oval in Mount Maunganui yesterday.
Mr White said the actions of the spectator were not good enough.
"Our reaction is one of disappointment.
"Very disappointed that this could happen at a game in New Zealand. We have zero tolerance for this," White said.

Mr White said extra measures are being taken to ensure it doesn't happen again.
"The ICC have protocols that we follow regarding this type of behaviour.
"So we'll be increasing that as people go through the gate, the messaging on the big screen and also from the ground announcer.
"Plus also, we're going to have increased security including some plain clothed security people," he said.
It is the second time in a matter of months that Archer has reported being racially abused during a game.
In September he was racially abused by travelling Australian fans during the Ashes test match at Old Trafford, in Manchester.
