The Queensland Reds wingers Digby Ioane's been charged with breaching Super rugby's code of conduct after criticising New Zealand referee Keith Brown on social media site Twitter.
Ioane called Brown the the worst ref ever after his side's loss to the Hurricanes in Wellington on Friday night.
A repentant Ioane has since taken the tweet down, apologised and banned himself from using Twitter.
Ioane didn't play in the game as he's recovering from a facial injury.
