Two people have been injured following a house fire in south Auckland.
Emergency services were called to a single-storey address on Claude Avenue in Papatoetoe shortly after 5.30am where a small fire had broken out in a bedroom.
One person was taken to Middlemore Hospital with moderate injuries.
The other person sustained minor injuries and was treated at the scene.
