Julie Chapman is the chief executive of KidsCan, which runs a Nitbusters service in addition to its provision of food and raincoats in schools.

Chris Meyell is the principal at Marewa School in Napier, one of the schools that's involved with a headlice treatment programme.

They join Noelle McCarthy to talk about the desperate need for treatment.
