Three people have been arrested following a burglary and police chase in Wellington this afternoon.

Officers were called to a property in the suburb of Brooklyn at 3pm after a report of an aggravated burglary involving a firearm, and upon arrival the offenders fled from the scene.
Police pursued the vehicle, but abandoned the chase when the offenders drove the wrong way up the State Highway One Johnsonville off ramp.
The trio abandoned the vehicle and fled on foot, but were found by police shortly after.
No one was injured in the incident.
Two men aged 29 and 34, and a 29-year-old woman will appear in the Wellington District Court tomorrow.
