Albanese criticised for not quickly declaring synagogue attack terrorism

Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese has been criticised for not acting quickly enough to declare an attack on a Melbourne synagogue an act of terrorism. Australia correspondent Peter Ryan spoke to Lisa Owen.
