A second person has been charged in relation to a shooting outside a Napier bar last month.

Two people were injured in the drive-by shooting at the Thirsty Whale bar - one man was shot in the hand and a staff member was shot in the groin.
Police said the lastest person charged is a 24-year-old Napier man, who faces three counts of wounding with intent to cause grievous bodily harm, along with firearms charges.
