The world's top amateur women's golfer, Auckland's Lydia Ko, will continue her quest to become the youngest winner in major history tomorrow.
The 16 year old will Ko will tee off in her fourth major, the LPGA Championship at the Locust Hill Country Club in Pittsford, New York.
The course is likely to suit Ko's strength, her accuracy, as the layout is narrow.
American Morgan Pressel was the youngest women's winner in major history when she claimed the 2007 Kraft Nabisco Championship at the age of 18 years, 10 months and nine days.
Young Tom Morris claimed the 1868 British Open when he was aged 17 years, five months and eight days.
Ko, who has claimed the leading amateur honours in all three of the major championships she has contested, will tee off alongside Japanese professional Mitsuki Katahira and American glamour girl Michelle Wie.
