After winning the first match by seven wickets, England were equally comfortable in taking out the second.

They won the toss and sent New Zealand in, picking up early wickets in dismissing Sophie Devine for eight and Hayley Jensen for 12 to have the hosts struggling at 28-2 after five overs.

Amy Satterthwaite's 49 off 30 balls anchored the innings, with help from Amelia Kerr's 25. But Brooke Halliday, with an unbeaten 16, was the only other batter to make double figures as the Ferns struggled to 123-9 off their 20 overs.

Seamer Freya Davies, with 4-23, was the chief destroyer for England, who had little trouble in meeting their 124-run tally two balls into the 17th over.

Opener Tammy Beaumont anchored the England run chase, her 63 coming off 53 balls and including seven fours and a six.
