Seven new cases of Covid-19 have been found in managed isolation, with no new cases in the wider community, the Ministry of Health says.
The ministry, in a written statement, said one previous case had recovered, bringing active cases to 93. Total confirmed cases are at 2074.
Laboratories completed 2440 tests yesterday, with a seven-day rolling average of 5464.
Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern is expected to brief media at 4pm today after a Cabinet meeting.
There was just one new case of Covid-19 in managed isolation reported yesterday, with no new community cases.
On Saturday there were three new cases of Covid-19 reported in managed isolation, with two new historical cases.
That followed Ardern's announcement on Friday morning that Auckland would join the rest of New Zealand at level 1, from midday that afternoon.
