NZ dollar tipped to soften

A currency strategist warns that the New Zealand dollar will inevitably soften.

On Thursday the dollar rose above 76 cents US for the first time in 15 months.

It has since dropped a little and is now trading at about 75.53 US cents.

BNZ currency strategist Danica Hampton told Morning Report it reflects global uncertainty.
