Do political leaders really compare to sporting ones?
Depends on your perspective - as the photo below of Prime Minister John Key and All Black lock Sam Whitelock suggests.
The Prime Minister and his wife Bronagh were at Twickenham in London as the All Blacks edged South Africa 20-18 in their Rugby World Cup semi-final on Sunday.
Key appeared in the All Blacks' dressing room post-match to offer his congratulations and get caught in a few snaps - something many PMs have indulged in over the years.
Whitelock is 2.03 metres tall compared to Key's 1.75m; one looks slightly nervous and the other as if a post-match snack is the offering.
All Black No.8 Kieran Read, next to the great helmsman Richie McCaw, appears to find it all quite humourous.
Politics, rugby - they're both brutal games in the end.
