The Civil Aviation Authority wants to make pilots more aware of the dangers caused by fuel problems - this week it's beginning a series of 32 safety seminars nationwide. Official figures show forty percent of engine failures in light planes and helicopters are caused by pilots using contaminated or stale fuel, or because they simply ran out.
