Wellington Drive Technologies says it has completed a $4 million capital raising programme to support the company's growth strategy.
The company says the funds will allow it to launch its new business plan which includes reducing supply chain costs and investing in its new Intelligent Solutions Business.
The capital raising comes from the issue of two tranches of shares.
