A car has crashed into a child's bedroom in a house in Auckland's Hillpark after colliding with three other vehicles.
Police said emergency services were called about 10pm on Sunday following reports a car had hit a house on Panterra Way.
They said there was extensive damage to the home, and to the other vehicles.
"It was incredibly fortunate no one was seriously injured," Counties Manukau central area prevention manager Inspector Mark Chivers said.
A 36-year-old man is due to appear in Manukau District Court on Monday charged with driving with excess breath alcohol.
