The sister of a boy believed to have critically injured another pupil at a South Auckland school has complained to the Ministry of Education about the school.
An 11-year-old boy remains in a critical but stable condition at Starship Hospital after the attack at Pacific Christian School on 24 June.
The ministry has confirmed it received a complaint from the woman on Friday night about her brother being bullied.
Head of sector support Katrina Casey said on Monday that the ministry has discussed the woman's concerns with her.
Ms Casey said the information in the complaint has been given to police, as it may be relevant to their investigation.
The ministry has also provided the school with anti-bullying guides.
