The United Nations Secretary General will travel to the Pacific next week to discuss climate change.
Antonio Guterres will visit Tuvalu, Vanuatu, New Zealand and Fiji.
While in Suva, Mr Guterres will attend a special meeting at the Pacific Islands Forum secretariat, aimed at building momentum ahead of the UN Climate Action Summit in September.
In New Zealand, Mr Gueterres will visit Christchurch and hold a lecture at the Auckland University of Technology.
The last visit by the head of the UN was Ban Ki Moon's 2014 visit to Samoa.
