Part of State Highway 1 southbound out of Auckland is blocked after a serious crash left a person with critical injuries.
Police responded to the incident on the Southern Motorway at Randwick Park near the Hill-Road-Manurewa offramp around 2pm.
The crash involved a motorcycle and vehicle, and left one person with critical injuries.
Police said one lane has been opened just after 3pm but two southbound lanes remain blocked.
Motorists are advised to avoid travel if possible as there will be significant delays, police said.
