Police say a 15-year-old girl was grabbed by two men in an attempted abduction in South Auckland on Monday morning.
They say the girl was walking to school in Flatbush when two men got out of a vehicle and grabbed her from behind.
The girl struck one man in the face with an art folder and ran back to her house.
Police are looking for two Maori or Pacific Island men in their mid 20s, who were in the area at the time.
