Cunliffe issued ticket for using mobile

Labour Party MP David Cunliffe has been given a ticket by police for using a mobile phone while driving.

A motorist complained to police saying he had seen Mr Cunliffe driving erratically north of Wellington.

The police pulled over the former Labour leader near Plimmerton and issued him with an $80 infringement notice.
