Fragments of discontent as Vanuatu heads for polls

Vanuatu's political leaders expect another fragmented parliament to emerge after the upcoming general election.

Following the conclusion of its four-year parliamentary term, the country is preparing to go to the polls on 19 March.

None of the major political parties are standing candidates in more than half of the 52 electorates.
